1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ParisTours (hereinafter "ParisTours") and any client (individual or business) wishing to book a transport service through the paristours.net platform.

3. Platform Status

ParisTours acts as a transport organiser, not as a direct carrier. Transport services are provided by independent drivers holding a professional VTC licence.

4. Booking

All bookings are subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and full payment at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.

5. Pricing & Invoicing

All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. An invoice compliant with French regulations is automatically issued after each service.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

More than 24 hours before — Full refund

Between 2 and 24 hours before — 50% refund

Less than 2 hours before — No refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Liability

ParisTours shall not be held liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, or any other event beyond its control. All drivers hold professional civil liability insurance.

8. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
